Is it free to submit my startup?+
Yes. A standard listing is always free, with manual review and basic analytics. Paid upgrades (Boost, Featured, Spotlight, Billboard) are optional and only add extra visibility — they're never required to get listed.
How long does review take?+
Most submissions are reviewed within 24-48 hours. Featured tier and above skip to the front of the queue and are typically reviewed within 4 hours.
Do you offer subscriptions or recurring plans?+
No. Every paid upgrade on Launchline is a one-time purchase that lasts exactly 7 days — there's nothing recurring to manage or cancel.
What's the difference between Boost, Featured, Spotlight, and Billboard?+
Each tier includes everything in the one below it. Boost ($9) gives priority placement in your category for a week. Featured ($29) adds a badge and homepage carousel placement. Spotlight ($49) adds newsletter inclusion and cross-recommendation on similar listings. Billboard ($149) adds the homepage banner ad slot. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
Can I get a refund?+
If an upgrade didn't apply correctly due to a bug on our end, email [email protected] and we'll make it right. Otherwise, since upgrades activate immediately, purchases are final.
Someone else submitted my product — what do I do?+
Open the listing and use the claim flow to verify domain ownership. Once verified, the listing transfers to your account and you can edit it from your dashboard.
How does the upvote/trending system work?+
Upvotes require a free account (no password — just a magic link). Trending is recomputed nightly from a weighted mix of upvotes, comments, and views, favoring recent launches over older ones.
Can I edit my listing after it's approved?+
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Substantial changes (a different product or URL entirely) may trigger another review.
